The Government is believed to be putting banks under pressure on banks to speed up repossessions of homes and investment properties.
Since the Judgment of Ms Justice Elizabeth Dunne in 2011, the banks have been unable to repossess houses unless it is done by agreement or in circumstances where the financial institution had demanded full repayment before the 1st of December 2009.
If you are being put under pressure from your financial institution it is important to have a strategy to deal with the bank. Jones Solicitors in Dublin City Centre are available to advise and assist in such circumstances.
