We are available to act in Criminal Law matters. We can advise whether free legal aid will be available and we aim to secure free legal aid whenever possible. Jones Solicitors has extensive Criminal Law experience and the Principal including recently successfully defendinged a client in a high profile case which ran in the Central Criminal Court for a number of weeks.

Interviews and statements

If you are asked or invited to make a statement in a Garda Station it is important that you are aware of your rights and what inferences, if any, which can be drawn from your co-operation or refusal to make a statement. We can also carefully prepare Garda statements in accordance with your instructions which can be relied upon by the Gardaí Siochana when investigating an alleged offence.

We are also available to attend at Garda Stations to advise you as to your rights.
